Staticus signed a contract to design, produce and install façade structures for one more project in Stockholm (Dalvagen 24, Solna) - Kv. Uarda 1. It will be partly renovated and partly new construction offices and shopping facilities building, which is standing near the Sweden’s national stadium, where Staticus is also performing works. The planned total building area - 32,500 m2.

Opaque walls structures it is planned to produce from galvanized steel thermo profiles and to infill rock wool insulation. On opaque wall there will be installed Agrob Buchtal ceramic tiles claddings with aluminium profiles understructure. Transparent parts of a building designed as a double facades - external frameless glass structures and the inner aluminum-glass windows structures. Between the glass structures there will be installed automatic external venetian blinds. Also there will be installed about 3 200 m2 of assembled on site mullion/transom aliuminium-glass structures for facades and roofs. Total area of Staticus works in this project is about 10 200 m2.
