By signing first contract, STATICUS, UAB entered into collaboration with HARRISON VARMA, a UK real estate developer and general contractor. The contract is for renovation and construction works in a house in one of the most prestigious districts of North London.

High thermal insulation requirements have been set for the structures used in the project. STATICUS engineers will design and install fold, sliding and hinged doors and windows, French balconies, and frameless interior and exterior structures.
