STATICUS, UAB has signed a contract to design, produce and install facade structures for new renovation project Gullbergsvass in Göteborg, Sweden. It is planed to use new type of products for STATICUS, UAB in this project - unitized facade elements from wooden framework. Untill now, the company has only used steel or aluminium framework for unitized facade systems.

Separate wall elements is planned to be prefabricated at the STATICUS production plant in Lithuania. Wooden framework will be filled with mineral wool, installed aluminium-glass facade structures and prepared understructure for the claddings fixation. Such semi-finished walls elemets it is planned to deliver straight to the construction site and to fix to the bearing building structures. Outer claddings from painted aluminium cassettes it is planned to fix only on allready installed wall elements. Total area of facades 2400 sq. m., it is planned to finish the works till May, this year.
