Other information: A building of luxurious apartments that arose in a special place, on the hill of Tauras, is distinctive by the variety of products and systems used for its facades. STATICUS UAB constructed ventilated facades with finishing of composite boards, façade boards Trespa and granite here. Frameless glass constructions of various types – French balconies and handrails – have also been constructed here. Wood windows and wood-glass facades will grant cosiness to residents of the building and office employees. The mounted sun-controlling glass protects premises from overheat and locks in warmth in winter.
