Work scope: STATICUS UAB has mounted wood-aluminium-glass facades in the apartment house. An important detail is the glass façade of double construction. An aluminium-glass construction called “skin” was designed for the protection from the street noise and dust – it was mounted from the floor to the ceiling. Glazed balconies on the 5th-24th floors may be opened by pushing the glass aside. Special Schüco Sonderlösung system has been used for this purpose.
