The reconstructed hotel Gabija in Palanga is distinctive by the modern architectural and structural solutions. One of the more complicated works was the installation of ventilated facades in it – it is easier to mount them in a newly constructed building than in a reconstructed one; moreover, the angular form of the façade demanded special accuracy, precise and well-considered decisions.

Other information: Panels of rhombus form were used for the first time in the deployed three planes in the so-called showcase V-9 (triangular and square panels were usual previously). The glass roof of the pool is also formed of rhombuses.
