The company mounting façade systems STATICUS chose glass for both buildings of the complex on the basis of the parts of the world. Glass transmitting more light was used for facades facing the North while Dutch Cool Lite glass of better sun control was mounted in the southern, eastern and western part. An extremely modern system of aluminium profiles was chosen in the second block of the business centre. A special seal is installed on the external side of the isolator in these profiles. Their heat transmission rate differs by almost 2.5 times from analogical profiles. A special foam seal is integrated between glasses in vertical junctures, which also diminish the freezing of the internal profile markedly.
