STATICUS UAB will design, produce and install facade structures for new office complex Ullevi Office Arena in Göteborg, Sweden. Office complex consists of 2 buildings - 16 and 8 floors height. Total area of the complex 18 000 m2.

Opaque insulated wall structures will be produced from galvanized steel thermo profiles, insulated with mineral wool and covered with cassettes made from painted aluminium sheets from outside (U-value of total structure 0,2 W/m2K). For buildings windows it is planned to use high insulated Schueco AWS-70.HI aluminium profiles system and 3 layers insulated glass panes with selective glass on inside and outside (U-value of total structure 1,0 W/m2K). It is decided to produce fully prefabricated wall elements with allready installed windows in the STATICUS factory to keep as much as possible good quality and to save installation time. It is already the second such type project for company in Göteborg, just a month ago company has finished similar type of facade structures  project Kuggen (offices building). Total area of STATICUS works in this project - 8 540 m2.
