2011 12 16 Staticus received one more gold medal

The works performed by STATICUS UAB as well as the company’s competences were highly evaluated at the Lithuanian Product of the Year 2011 competition. The experts awarded the gold medal to STATICUS for the design and installation of the façade, sun shading, roof and internal structures of the office building Kuggen in Gothenburg, Sweden.

2011 10 04 One more project in Stockholm - Kv. Uarda 1

Staticus signed a contract to design, produce and install façade structures for one more project in Stockholm (Dalvagen 24, Solna) - Kv. Uarda 1. It will be partly renovated and partly new construction offices and shopping facilities building, which is standing near the Sweden’s national stadium, where Staticus is also performing works. The planned total building area - 32,500 m2.

STATICUS UAB will design, produce and install facade structures for new office complex Ullevi Office Arena in Göteborg, Sweden. Office complex consists of 2 buildings - 16 and 8 floors height. Total area of the complex 18 000 m2.

2011 07 05 STATICUS has signed a contract for the second Radisson Blu hotel in Sweden

STATICUS UAB was trusted to design, manufacture and instal facade structures for one more Radisson Blu hotel. Planned hotel will be situated by the Lindholmen Science Park just outside the city centre and directly on the waterfront – on the North bank of the Gothia River in Göteborg, Sweden.

2011 07 04 STATICUS UAB awarded as exporter of the year 2010 in Lithuania

2011 07 01 Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists awarded STATICUS UAB as the exporter of the year 2010 in Lithuania. The company competed in the group of largest companies - from 250 or more employees (in the beginning of 2011 the company had 333 employees).

STATICUS, UAB has signed a contract to implement facade construction works for the second autocenter project for one of the largest cars dealer in Sweden - Hedin Bil AB. Project is located in Kungsbacka, Sweden.

2011 02 15 STATICUS will deliver aluminium-glass structures for Swedbank Arena
STATICUS, UAB has signed a contract to design, produce and install aluminium-glass structures for Swedbank Arena. Client - PEAB Sverige AB, project is located in Solna, Stockhoml, Sweden. The purpose of the building - semi covered (with sliding roof parts) 50.000 seats national football stadium, total estimated cost of this project is 2,2 bilion SEK.

2011 02 04 New type of STATICUS products will be used for project in Sweden

STATICUS, UAB has signed a contract to design, produce and install facade structures for new renovation project Gullbergsvass in Göteborg, Sweden. It is planed to use new type of products for STATICUS, UAB in this project - unitized facade elements from wooden framework. Untill now, the company has only used steel or aluminium framework for unitized facade systems.

 

2011 02 01 STATICUS will implement Radisson Blu hotel facade structures in Sweden
STATICUS, UAB was trusted to implement aluminium-glass structures for new hotel RADISSON BLU in Uppsala, Sweden. STATICUS will need to pass very high requirements for sound insulation in this project. Company is planning to implement more than 2600 sq. m. of aluminium-glass structures till the August, this year.

2011 01 13 STATICUS will manufacture and install windows for Örebro court of justice

STATICUS, UAB has signed a contract with SKANSKA for the manufacture and installation of windows for Örebro Court of Justice. 1790 sq. m of aluminium windows will be produced and installed according to an agreed schedule. The use of state-of-the-art technologies and the warmest SCHUCO systems allows to achieve  very high thermal and sound insulation characteristics.

2011 01 12 STATICUS has starded working with HARRISON VARMA

By signing first contract, STATICUS, UAB entered into collaboration with HARRISON VARMA, a UK real estate developer and general contractor. The contract is for renovation and construction works in a house in one of the most prestigious districts of North London.

2010 12 17 One more medal in the hands of STATICUS

2010 12 06 Reconstruction in Oslo

 STATICUS continues its co-operation with PEAB - a contract for the reconstruction works of the power plant constructed in the post-war period has been signed. The reconstructed building is going to become an object of commercial purpose, where the offices, conference halls, a sports hall and some catering companies will be set up.

2010 11 22 STATICUS CONTINUES ITS CO-OPERATION WITH NCC

The successfully completed project of the parking lot for motor vehicles has contributed to continuing and strengthening co-operation with one of the leading companies in Sweden - NCC Construction. A new contract has been signed regarding designing, manufacture and fitting the facades of a residential building.

2010 11 18 STATICUS facades for hospital in Eksjo (Sweden)

STATICUS UAB has signed the contract with SKANSKA hospital in Eksjo regarding the designing and fitting of facades. As the building is of special purpose, high thermal conductivity requirements (Uw<1.1 W/m2 K) have been raised, all used materials must comply with the certain environmental and hygienic requirements, suitable to be used in the objects of such a purpose.

2010 08 11 STATICUS UAB project was awarded by GOLD diploma
We are glad to inform, that the result of STATICUS UAB and PEAB AB common efforts is evalueated by GOLD diploma. According to Swedish environmental classification system is environmentally certified building. University Corp is the first new project awarded for the GOLD diploma.

Modern design, which is not common for churches, provides a uniqueness for the building and reduce exploitation costs.
