Project management
The project manager, in cooperation with the customer, architect, suppliers and works managers, makes all necessary decisions related to the effective implementation of the project. He forms a reliable project implementation team by engaging works managers, designers, foremen, and other specialists as required. In addition, he selects suitable suppliers and sub-contractors after evaluating their possibilities and reliability. Besides, he is responsible for the project budget management.
Most of UAB STATICUS project managers are highly qualified specialists with more than 5 years of experience in managing large-scale (20,000 sq. m.) projects. Furthermore, almost all UAB STATICUS project managers started their careers with the company in the capacity of installation workers. This is why they are perfect product specialists who take an active part in designing and are capable of finding non-standard solutions, developing new profiles and systems which cannot be dealt without in the construction industry nowadays.
