The Aluminium Processing Shop of UAB STATICUS fitted with modern equipment has a high production capacity as well as the other departments of the company. Approximately 10,000 sq. m of aluminium facades are manufactured here every month.

This shop is one of the biggest divisions of UAB STATICUS. It is formed by industrial facilities with an area of 4,000 sq. m. and warehouses with an area of 2,000 sq. m. 65 experienced specialists work in the shop at four new machine tools of various applications and two profile processing centres.

In this shop, profiles are cut, roll-formed, and drilled; products are assembled of parts and prepared for installation. Each production stage is thoroughly controlled allowing orders to be performed in a high-quality and timely manner.
