Projects carried out by UAB STATICUS are often unique and complex. However, the company’s installation team does not lack inventive power, responsibility, and creativity and is capable of successful implementation of projects of various types. Each implemented project gives the specialists additional experience and enhances their qualifications.

Installation workers are certified in the company every 2 years. In accordance with the internal evaluation system, employees are granted one of the following three categories:

Category I qualified installation workers can work when supervised by higher category personnel.

Category II qualified installation workers can perform works independently.

Category III qualified installation workers are highly qualified specialists and are entitled to train new specialists. The experience and ideas of the top-category installation workers are valued especially highly, and this is why they are often involved in the preparations to the installation process.

The team of UAB STATICUS installation department is also formed by the following employees:

Team managers – High-level specialists, who can manage a team of 15 people, organise and supervise the work of the team.

Foremen – high-level specialists who can manage a team of 30 people. The positions of foremen are often filled with capable and diligent specialist in some specific field.

Works managers – construction site managers who have university education and state qualification certificate.

The team of UAB STATICUS installation department includes 140 installation workers, 7 team managers, 6 foremen, and 13 works managers.
