In 2008, STATICUS UAB started only with 15 employees and with each following month, groups of new employees were transferred to it from Hronas UAB and on 1 July the number of employees reached 350: the production shop had 4 specialists and 48 workers, the logistics unit had 9 specialists and 6 workers, the assembly unit had 203 workers and 23 specialists, the administrative staff amounted to 53 people. During the next half of the year until 31 December 2008, the actual number of employees did not change, but the number of workers in the production shop increased by 18, the number of employees in the logistics unit increased by 3 (2 specialists and 1 worker), whereas the number of employees of the assembly unit decreased by 21 workers. All the workers of STATICUS UAB have certificates enabling them to work at height and with various lifting equipment. All the foremen are certified by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2008, the Lithuanian Builders Association gave two letters of gratitude to employees of the company, also 6 workers of the company received letters of gratitude from the General Manager of the company. Employees of the company constantly raise their qualification in various seminars and trainings, actively participate in the improvement of the activities of the company.

STATICUS UAB is regarded by the public as one of the most attractive employees. Hiring of employees costs almost nothing, because employees are selected from the company’s own database (people who come and fill out questionnaires or send their CV by e-mail). Taking students for traineeship, we have a possibility to keep the best for regular work. In 2008, 8 students were trained, 4 of which were employed in the assembly unit and in the production shop as auxiliary workers for the summer period. Taking students for traineeship, we give them a possibility to get familiar with production technologies and processes. In 2008, 1 employee was promoted from an auxiliary worker to a foreman and 1 assembler became a designing engineer.   In 2009 we took more students from higher education institutions for traineeship, who assist in performance of work requiring less qualification and at the same time are a perfect reserve of new employees.

On 1 July 2009, STATICUS UAB had 315 employees: 60 as administrative staff, 185 assemblers (including 26 specialists), 56 working in the production ship and 18 in the logistics unit.

On 31st December 2009, STATICUS UAB had 288 employees: 95 specialists and 194 workers.
