Ventilated facades
Ventilated facades is one of the newest technologies of facade dressing of buildings both architecturally and constructionally.
Facade decoration elements are fastened to the aluminium profile framework which is separated from the wall of the building by a thermal-insulating and ventilated air layer, and ‘breathing’ thermal insulation of the required thickness is used for lining the walls.
A wide range of types, shapes, and colours of ornamental materials provides a broad selection of architecture and design options. It allows harmonising contrast long-lasting colours, various widths and specific shapes in constructing new buildings and renovating old ones.
Ornamental covering of ventilated facades
Composite plate
Composite plate is made of aluminium sheet and polymer filler. It can be mounted at the facade in the form of plates and cassettes.
Advantages:
-
easy to mount and demount
-
resistant to shocks, fluctuations of weather conditions and industrial effects
-
high sound insulating properties, resistant to fire, environmentally friendly
-
wide choice of colours
High-pressure laminate plate
It is made of cellulose plates treated under high pressure and impregnated with aldehyde resin with the surface covered with melamine resin and impregnated with ornamental film.
Advantages:
-
various fastening methods
-
on-site treatment
-
wide range of colours
-
resistant to graffiti and chemical cleaners
Steel cassettes and profiled steel sheet
Advantages:
-
operating flexibility (designing, size options)
-
various colours
-
optimal price/quality relationship
Stone
Advantages:
-
durable
-
resistant to abrasion
-
resistant to water
-
resistant to temperature fluctuations
wide range of colour options; can be plain, rough (sliding-proof), chipped like terrazzo, glazed, patterned, acid-treated, semi-polished or completely polished
