On December 31st, the name of the private company Hrono fasadai was changed into STATICUS. The change of the company name all other corporate data (legal entity, VATpayer code, registered office address, bank holding the accounts of the company, account numbers, contact telephone and fax numbers) remained unchanged except the Company's internet website and the e-mail address that from now on will be accordingly www.staticus.lt and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2009

The Company’s turnover in quarter I, 2009 has experienced no decline comparing with the data in the same period of 2008.

The Company has gained a strong presence in markets of Sweden, Iceland and Latvia, and opens business contacts in Norway, Denmark, Swiss and Germany.
2008

In Latvia HRONO FASADAI, SAS, the permanent representative, was registered.

The most impressive project – the glass-wrapped Moletai Ethno-Cosmology Museum Ellipsoid was implemented.

HRONO FASADAI, UAB, implemented 8 projects outside Lithuania which made up 25 per cent of the Company’s annual turnover.

Number of employees with HRONO FASADAI, UAB, grew up to 350, and the Company’s annual turnover reached LTL 110 million.
2007

On August 2nd, at the initiative of the Director of the Façade Department of HRONAS, UAB, Vytautas Vankevičius a new enterprise named HRONO FASADAI, UAB, was established on a basis of HRONO INVESTICIJOS, UAB, and started active economic operations – employees of the Façade Department, starting with managers, constructors, engineers, project and construction managers as well as assemblers and workers at the production hall in conclusion, terminated their labour contracts with HRONAS, UAB, and were employed with HRONAS FASADAI, UAB.
2006

Besides other large-scale projects, the Façade Branch of HRONAS, UAB, designed and manufactured aluminium and glass structures for Tachbrook Triangle, 9-storied residential house with commercial premises in London, and implemented the largest foreign project – designed and mounted façades in the administrative building in RIETUMU Bank (15,000 sq. m area) in Latvia. Moreover, the Façade Branch mounted façades in the highest residential building (Pilsotes, Klaipeda) in Baltic States.
2005

The Façade Branch signed the cooperation agreement with the Scandinavian construction leader – NCC and mounted facades in the office complex of the American company engaged in the chemical industry.

On June 7th HRONO TRANSPORTAS, UAB, changed its name into HRONO INVESTICIJOS, UAB. The Company performs no active operations (except for lease of premises).
2004

The Aluminium-Glass Structure Branch of HRONAS, UAB, mounted aluminium and glass structures in the Europe Business & Entertainment Centre, AKROPOLIS Trade Centre, SBA Office Building in Kaunas and other objects.

Granite facades were mounted in the Victoria Office Building.

The Aluminium-Glass Structure Branch was renamed into the Façade Branch.
2003

On April 9th, seeking to develop logistics operations, HRONO TRANSPORTAS, UAB, was incorporated. The Company performed no active operations.

Mounting of façades in Hanner Building, the highest business centre in Lithuania (134 m), was started up.

Production of aluminum structures by HRONAS, UAB, was expanded up to 7000 sq.m. per month.

The Aluminium-Glass Structure Branch of HRONAS, UAB, implemented its first foreign project with aluminum structures – ICELANDIC HOTEL.
2002

The Aluminium-Glass Structure Branch gained a leading position in its area all over Lithuania.

The Design Department was established within the Aluminium Structure Branch.

Design and mounting of frameless glass structures (FGS) grow with great strides.

Reconstruction of facades of Eika Head Office, Forume Palace, MG Valda Office as well as Lietuva Hotel and Draugystė Hotel was performed in high gear.
1998

The independent Aluminium Structure Branch dealing with manufacturing of aluminium façades, windows, doors and roofs was composed within HRONAS, UAB.
1996

At the initiative of Vytautas Vankevičius, one of shareholders of HRONAS, UAB, manufacturing of aluminium windows, doors and roofs was introduced at the enterprise. V. Vankevičius himself headed such operations.
