STATICUS, UAB specialis are implementing works at Music & Theater center in Sweden. This project is unique, because of many curved and non-rectangular glass elements, non-standard solutions. The total facade is as twisted spiral, so the building will be called SPIRA. Building’s one of the facades is constructed with vertical wooden pillars thru all the façade height (2000 sq.m.). STATICUS UAB engineers have created aluminum-glass façade system specially for this project’s part (for ~2000 m2 of façade) – aluminum glass facades curtain walling system without horizontal profiles, where glass panels thru the height of façade are fixed on cross holders. In the project used structural glazing glass panels (~7000 m2) are of laminated glasses. Lamination film producer company “Saflex” (USA) have delivered films in 4 different colors type “Vanceva”, that are resistant to the sun radiation to keep exact color for long time period. Schuco FW50+SG facade system, fully extra clear and tempered glass is mounting in this project.

STATICUS, UAB specialists implemented Nursing house in Reikjavik center. Black matte windows and doors were installed in this project. Black color facade and self-wasted "Corten" steel, creates a tight style of the building. For aluminum structures STATICUS, UAB engineers calculated 2,2 kN/m2 wind load. Curved showcases, round openable and fixed windows were assembled in staircase. Schuco FW-50+ and AWS/ADS-65 systems were used in Nursing House project.

STATICUS, UAB engineers implemented Geothermal Power Plant in Iceland. Unique showcases are matched with building's steel structure. Skylights with automatic leaf, which is needed for smoke removal and air ventilation, are assembled in Geothermal Power Plant project. For aluminum structures engineers calculated 5,7 kN/m2 wind load. The project consists of three different purpose buildings: fireproof doors and fireproof glass partitions are assembled in the main building. Schuco FW-50+, AWS-57.RO, AWS-65, FW-50+.AOT systems and StopSol Super Silver Clear glass are used in Geothermal Power Plant project.

STATICUS, UAB is implementing kindergarten Krikaskoli project in Iceland. Cross-section of aluminum profiles were chosen regarding to 2,2 kN/m2 wind loads. Building's bearing walls - three layer concrete, so aluminum structures are assembled on the inner side of the wall. Some of facade showcases are mounted on special metal cantilevers. At the project Krikaskoli kindergarten part of the windows are opened mechanically, with simple handle, part of the windows - with telescopic handle, the other part of the windows - with electric motor assistance, which management is connected with the main building's management system. The main doors are equipped with automatic pullers, which have motion sensors. This helps to prevent children injuries. Close to the main door is a door, specifically designed for children, with a height of 1,5 m. Schueco FW-50+, AWS-102, AWS-65 systems are assembled in this project.

STATICUS, UAB specialist are implementing works in a shopping center - Galerija Patollo, Riga. For the installation of the aluminum glass structures is used FW50+ SG system. AWS 65, AWS 102 (Senklap) windows with solar control glass SUN-GUARD HP Neutral 61 are installed in this project. Stainless steel composite elements, which measurements are 2m. x 3,5m. 70mm. thickness. Minimal plaster texture is used for building facade.

STATICUS, UAB has constructed the facades of residential apartments, which stand out from the other projects in an unusual form of fragments of composite panels. STATICUS, UAB team has created aluminium decorate profiles, that have been used in outer façade concrete slabs zones specially for this project. Project Manager, Mr. Juozas Parutis, claims that aluminium profiles are painted with newly extracted colour. STATICUS specialists maintain that KV Venus project includes a number of non-standard solutions, such as system AWS 105 CC.HI has been used for the first time.

Design (project) of Krokslats Fabriker is a portion of the complex of new commercial buildings at the area of the previous factory. The designers of the building – Wingardh Arkitektkontor have specified very high facade thermal and sound insulation parameters. The function of the protection for the premises against the surplus heat of the sun will be carried out by the designed horizontal concrete and vertical brickwork pilasters and automatically controlled louvers mounted behind them. Referring to the design solutions, STATICUS has selected and mounted facade system Schuco FW-50+.SI used in Pasiv Hous type houses, which, together with triple glass units, permits to reach the aggregate value of the facade thermal conduction ratio lower than 0.9 Wm2K and the ratio of the sound insulation amounting to Rw+Ctr=38dB. The mounted outdoor louver will be controlled by the general building control system SOMFY.

Work character: Renovation of the building, windows installation

UAB "STATICUS" is working with a renovation project 4 apartments in Karlskrona, Sweden. Schuco AWS 70 HI profiles and 4mm Low-E/11Argon gas/4mm/9Argon gas/4mm Low-E glass packages are used in this project.

Work scope: 2200 m2

Work character: Design, manufacture and installation of aluminum glass facades.

UAB "STATICUS" employees are working at administration building DOCUMS in Malmo, Sweden. For the installation of the building facade is used FW 50+ system and solar control glass. Showcases in the first floor are glassed using safe P6B glass, which withstands 30 to 50 ax strokes. A three glasses unit, which allows to reach the thermal resistance, is used at the upper floors of the building. Standard Schuco windows with engine are used to remove smoke from the office building DOCUMS.

Work character: Designing, manufacturing, and installation of external facade aluminum-and-glass and frameless glass structures; doors, windows, and dormer windows of aluminum-and-glass structures; cladding facades; roofing; pilasters covered with HDF board; stainless steel railings; lift gates; internal walls lining with glass-ceramic tiles; and internal frameless glass partitions.

Work character: installation of facades, cladding systems with Neobond plate, curtain walls.

Work character: It is a unique project which is both difficult to design (no glass elements are the same, also they are all parallelograms), as well as to mount. Some solutions were proposed by the company's constructors. They designed both the junctions of the roof holding elements, and also chose the proper supporting parts, which were tested at the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University laboratory. Such solutions are not even in the systems catalogue „Schueco“. That only proves our employees professionalism and even though work supervision is being done by world class façade experts from a Germany company. Also in this project plenty of handrails with wooden armrests.
