Work character: Designing, manufacturing, and installation of external facade aluminum-and-glass and frameless glass structures; doors, windows, and dormer windows of aluminum-and-glass structures; cladding facades; roofing; pilasters covered with HDF board; stainless steel railings; lift gates; internal walls lining with glass-ceramic tiles; and internal frameless glass partitions.
Work character: Firebreak aluminium-glass constructions with special glass units produced from glass sheets have been mounted in staircases, and the gap between them was filled with liquid dilating gel. Such gasket reacts with fire as a heat shield. Facades with sun-controlling glass protecting the premises from overheat during the summer and holding the heat in during the winter have been mounted in commercial buildings on the first floor. Ceramic tiles transported directly from Germany have been used for the finishing of ventilated facades of blocks A and B of the complex for the first time in Lithuania. The block C was decorated by “live” façade boards which received the name due to the slow change of the shade with time, which grants playfulness and oneness to the building.
Work character: The business centre Europa is the highest office building (33 floors, 148 metres) not only in Lithuania but in the Baltic States as well. The subtle and solid building surprises Vilnius inhabitants and city guests by its height, form as well as the innovative and original architecture. The building was included into the list of fifteen most beautiful multi-storeyed houses of the world in 2004. The constructors of Hronas UAB created and implemented the modern solutions of “dressing” the façade, which corresponded to the visions of the customer and the architect.
Work character: Architectural and structural solutions of the building facades are distinctive by the originality and complexity. The biggest part of the building facades is double. Façade structures of such constructional solution are used for new and the most modern buildings in the majority of European countries the most frequently as they enable the reduction of energy consumption while exploiting the building.
STATICUS UAB carried out all installation works of facades in this object. 3.5 thousand sq m of window-cases, which are the largest in Lithuania, have been constructed in the buildings. The height of solid glass reaches 5 meters here. The entertainment centre building located in the complex stands out by the form of an inverted cone. Vertical covering profiles and oblique windows with structural glass units that may be pushed aside have been designed and produced specifically for the façade of this building. Window panels are hidden in the buildings; therefore, it is not visible from the outside which windows may be opened. Impressive units of arched glass have been mounted on the façade above the entrance to the tunnel. As the complex is located above one of the busiest streets of Vilnius, extremely big attention was allocated to sound insulation.
Administration buildings Baltic Centre, Business Class Centre (BCC), Office Plus, and Victoria form the so-called Business Triangle, the largest complex of office buildings in Vilnius, which covers the territory of about 5.8 ha at the moment.STATICUS UAB has been chosen as the main contractor for mounting the facades in all buildings constructed by MG Valda UAB and Eika UAB. As all buildings are considered to be office premises of high class, extremely modern and high quality materials remarkable for good qualities have been used for their construction.
